耳光乐队是一支成军八年的摇滚乐队。八年当中，乐队历经坎坷，但始终坚持另类摇滚风格路线，以“新民俗主义摇滚乐”之独树一帜的姿态受到广泛好评。耳光乐队的作品，“取之于民、歌之于人”，他们细腻生动地描述着我们在生活中所遭遇的迷惘、艰辛和不平等待遇，直面社会中存在的种种丑恶假象，用老百姓最通俗易懂的语言、一针见血的辛辣讽刺、简单上口容易传诵的中国特色旋律演绎出一幅市井平民众生态的动人画卷。“我们不会也没有必要歌颂谁，在这个到处都是歌功颂德的时代……”，在这个各求自保的环境中、在这上上下下周围左右一团和气的今天、在这艺术向商业主流露出谄媚的笑容的时候，耳光依然响亮！
Founded in 1998, the "New Folk" style "Erguang" has became more and more popular within China`s Rock`n Roll scene in the recent years. Erguang has experienced many twists and turns during the last nine years since establishment.They write down their life with love and youth, sing for ideality, criticize false morality, call for the ethos and nation’s pride. You can feel the heroic spirit of Chinese people and the special exquisite soul of easterners, no matter from their happiness, anger, love or ideality. Erguang`s music, totally different from the edge Rock`n Roll, or the low-pitched poet tone which is difficult to understand, endow the songs with full-bodied folk custom, afford for thought, therefore allow listeners to see into it. Under the strong rhythm of Funk, and the familiar Chinese tune, Slap always face to humanity and the realistic saying using its unique music, pour out our five-thousand-years nationality emotion that belongs to everyone, call for the enthusiasm that has been cool down by physical desire of the everyone from dragon`s generations.
